Having the left eye and the right eye working with the brain both individually and together is a big step to 3D vision. The two techniques that lead to the development of the balance in which the brain utilizes the eyes also help with an activation of an amblyopic or otherwise underused eye.
Bar Reading and the Half-View Technique are ready to gently push your brain to embrace both eyes in a new way.

Our brain is responsible for about 90% of seeing. It interprets all the visual signals that our eyes send it. It is flexible, pliable and capable of miraculous adjustments. It reacts to our thoughts, emotions and the images it is exposed to. It does not differentiate between what is conscious or unconscious, what is real or imagined. It reacts to them equally. Please allow yourself the time to connect with your brain and to show it the seeing you desire.
