Tromboning is a transitional technique. It takes you from the practice of looking to the practice of seeing clearly. It is simple to explain, yet complex to execute. That is, if you want to reap all the benefits that it can bring to your vision.

This month’s relaxation is visionary. It is rather a meditation, a manifestation of clear seeing, than a common way to palm.

  • Clarity Eyesight Trainer lenses L, R and 2.

  • High Contrast Tromboning Cards printed on white paper. Thicker paper or card stock is best. Print the cards twice (at least some of them) if you fall into one of the following groups:

  1. you are myopic and your distance of blur begins past your arm’s length
