Our programs are based on the principles of the Bates method, and include elements of neuropsychology, and our proprietary sports vision development practices.

    Learning in an engaging way always brings better results, therefore we incorporate balls, light movement and other readily available tools and activities into the way we teach various eyesight skills.

    There is a fine line between too little and too much theory. Within our programs we give you just enough information to satisfy your curiosity and to allow you to follow the process, but not so much that you could gain a PhD in natural vision development. It is about understanding, not overwhelm.

  • PRACTICAL
    We focus our time on the practice and mastering of the chosen techniques, and on helping you through any friction points. You commit to the process and we provide the help you need to excel - the guidance, the support, and most of the training tools.

  • LEVERAGE BEST IN CLASS TOOLS
    Human vision is variable. Some people feel it only a little, others notice it changing constantly. Additionally, each person responds to the techniques we teach in their own unique way. In order to help you maximize the efficiency of your learning, we work with several highly functional tools (some of them proprietary to Overbound) that bring an element of predictability, certainty and precision to your experience, and that provide immediate feedback to your actions. When you engage in Overbound training, you will be encouraged to use our tools. Digital tools (such as training charts and other printable materials) are provided within each program. Other training tools are available for purchase in our shop.
