Foveal Seeing naturally occurs in healthy eyes. It is a focusing skill that is free of visual greed. Instead of forcing the eyes to see too much at one time, it allows them to leverage their natural ability to focus on a very small area and to deliver excellent quality of visual signals to the brain. Leveraging fast and highly frequent movement of the eyes (i.e. the saccades or the microsaccades), the brain receives many such high quality signals in a short period of time, compiles them into one image and delivers back the perception that at any given time we can see everything we look at clearly.

Diligent activation of visual cones as well as the engagement of the peripheral vision benefit the technique and the results it delivers.

Allow yourself to see one tiny spot with absolute clarity and let the rest be less clear. You will let go of strain and your vision will be clearer in return.

Enjoy the lesson and may your eyesight be boundless.
