Binocular vision is what provides us with the ability to see dimension and to judge distance and speed of objects around us. Two eyes are needed for these skills to reach their maximum potential. In this lesson you will learn how to improve the engagement of each eye in the process of seeing and how to ensure that they both look at the exact same spot, so that the process of fusion can take place and the image you see is actually the image that you are looking at.

In addition to binocular vision, this technique can help with the reduction of double vision, with improvement of focus and therefore with clarity of seeing.

While some parts of this technique are very short and can be practiced quickly, they often require many repetitions. To keep the instructions engaging for students at different skill levels, the video cannot provide the space for the number of repetitions necessary. So feel free to pause the video at any time, practice, and resume when ready. Most importantly, enjoy the process and celebrate even the tiniest of wins.
