TWO PARTS OF BUILDING A VISION PRACTICE ROUTINE
PART 1
BUILDING THE HABIT OF CONSISTENT PRACTICE
Friend, you will probably agree that very little of what is really valuable in life comes without an appropriate action. When it comes to skill development, it is true in 100% cases. Given eyesight is a skill, a consistent action is a required part of regaining better vision. That action is daily practice of the chosen techniques. The lack of practice not only does not provide the desired results, it also creates frustration and frequently jeopardizes the belief in the potential of the methods and techniques that have proven themselves effective for over 100 years.
Part 1 focuses on helping you establish the habit of working on your vision improvement on a daily basis, a habit of a daily consistent practice.
GET YOUR BRAIN ON YOUR SIDE
Once you have decided to do something new, the excitement supported by the release of various hormones of joy and anticipation will get you started. However, the euphoria and your will power will only get you through the first few days. In order for your practice to become consistent in the long run, you need your brain to support you in your actions. The following videos will teach you how to do that.

TECHNIQUES FOR YOUR ROUTINE
You are almost done!
The last thing in building your vision improvement practice routine is to decide what skills you need to improve and choose the techniques that will help you get there. The steps below should be viewed as a general guide to that process. Do not view it as rigid or firm. It was built based on the principles of the Bates method, and based on my own experience. You are invited to experiment, and make changes as you like.
May your eyesight be boundless in no time.
