PERFORMANCE TRAINER - ATTRIBUTES
Take your trainer out of the case and let’s have a look at what is in front of you.
CONTEMPORARY AND DURABLE DESIGN
Overbound Performance Trainer has a design similar to high-end sports glasses with a sleek and contemporary looking frame. The frame and all lenses are made with TR90 Nylon to ensure comfort, flexibility and durability. They are resilient to damage, and are ready for anything that may happen during your eyesight practice.

FIVE SHIELDS FOR MULTIPLE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Performance features five vision obstruction shields.
THREE DUAL EYE OBSTRUCTION SHIELDS
There are three numbered shields that cover the central view of both eyes, while obstructing different levels of peripheral vision at the same time.
Lens #1 obstructs near periphery
Lens #2 obstructs near and mid periphery
Lens #3 obstructs both of the above, plus a portion of far periphery
TWO MONO SHIELDS
There are also two mono shields identifiable by letters L and R
Lens L obstructs the left eye from the central field of view all the way to far left periphery, and leaves the right eye fully open
Lens R obstructs the right eye from the central field of view all the way to far right periphery, and leaves the left eye fully open
Each shield was designed to train one or more specific eyesight skills:
Peripheral vision (Shield #1, #2 and #3)
Dynamic Acuity (Shield L, R and #1)
Binocular vision and depth perception / 3D vision (Shield #1, L, and R)
Eye-body coordination (Shield L, R #1 and #2)
THE ANATOMY OF EACH SHIELD RESPECTS THE NEED FOR CONSTANT PERIPHERAL AWARENESS
Keeping peripheral vision engaged at all times is what makes you constantly aware of your game. Active rods allow the eye as a whole to function with ease and at a significantly higher level.
SWAPPING THE SHIELDS IS JUST A BREEZE
Thanks to a magnetic attachment system, changing the shields takes only a few seconds. Pull one out, click one in. Just like that! No practice time wasted.
Get familiar with the best way to hold the lens and the frame. While holding the frame, gently pull the lens down or peel it off starting on one end and ending on the other.
Do not try to wiggle the shields out of the frame.
When inserting a new lens into the frame, find the right spot and gently push the lens in. The lens tabs will guide you.
ADJUSTABLE STRAP INCLUDED
Silicone arm grips ensure non slip wear.
For running drills, or for the use by younger athletes, an adjustable head strap keeps the trainer in place. It can be clipped on and off as needed.
The head strap clips are made to fit quite tightly into the holes in the arms. Align the two parts well, then push the clip in.
CARING FOR PERFORMANCE
ORGANIZE
Keep your trainer organized in the provided case. It protects the frame and the lenses and ensures no part gets lost. Once in the case, and with the zipper closed, you can confidently throw it all in your sports bag. The lenses may move a bit in their slots, but all will stay in one piece and ready to go the next time you practice.
CLEAN
If the Trainer gets dirty, wipe it with damp cloth. Clean heavy dirt with soap. Do not push on the magnets when cleaning the shields.
