Welcome to Boundless Eyesight HUB orientation. This is a summary of everything the community offers. Check out where different content can be accessed and when it gets published. Learn how to navigate this space. You can always come back by clicking on the link in the HUB that brought you here.

Of course you just want to take off fast, but before you do, please spend a minute dealing with all the necessary set up. Trust us, it is time well spent. Getting obstacles out of the way will make your experience here much, MUCH more enjoyable.

  1. Access Boundless Eyesight with 1 click. Place the HUB page on the bookmarks bar in your browser. The instructions for Chrome can be found here, otherwise ask Google how to add a page to the bookmarks bar in your browser [and name the browser, of course].

  2. Whitelist emails from  @overboundathletics.com in your email account, so that important communication does not go to spam. Notice that the email is not from overboundeyesight, it comes from my athletics account. Also, please whitelist emails from @memberspace.com - the software that protects the membership on the technical side. Instructions for how to do it in Gmail are already in the HUB. For other email providers you may need to google the right steps.

  3. Let’ get to know you! Fill out the discovery survey about yourself and your goals. You will be surprised how much you learn about yourself.

  4. Join our private Facebook group, if you would like. It is a temporary place for us to engage in real-time conversation. It is already quite clear that the group craves a private forum inside the HUB, so it will be coming soon and it will fully replace the FB group when it launches. The link to join the FB group is here.

WHAT’S INSIDE

Each month we focus on one single topic and technique.

We start our monthly content on the first Thursday of the month, when the lesson of the month is published.

Each lesson:

  • Provides context of the technique within the broad natural vision improvement practice

  • Prepares the visual system for practice through relaxation and field of vision activation

  • Explains the selected technique in depth

  • Points out variations for each vision condition that it influences

  • Guides the student step by step in performing the technique to its fullest potential. An advanced practice of the technique will be taught where available

The lesson is 40-60 minutes long.

The lesson is usually pre-recorded. Occasionally we may conduct a live lesson and record it at that time so that it can be published inside the membership.

It is delivered to you in multiple formats, such as a full lesson, piece by piece short videos, as well as a practice audio file for off-line practice.

Where to find it? The lesson and all that comes with it can be accessed directly from the HUB.

Check calendar for monthly release dates.

You have access to two LIVE Q&As

FOCUSED Q&A

The first Q&As is all about the technique of the month. While we do our absolute best to present all techniques in an easy to understand manner, there are always questions. To make things efficient, all questions answered in the session will refer to the lesson and the technique practiced within that lesson.

The FOCUSED Q&A will take place on the second Thursday of the month. The time of the session changes month over month to accommodate various time zones. The 7 day gap, that includes a weekend, allows time for all members to experience the lesson and learn whether or not they need help. Such help is provided in the Q&A.

FOCUSED Q&As are recorded and published within 48 hours of the live event.

Where to find it? Within the lesson of the month space.

GENERAL Q&A

The second monthly Q&A is more general. Members have a chance to simply pop in, ask any question related to their vision improvement practice, and get an answer.

GENERAL Q&As are recorded and published within 48 hours of the live event.

Where to find it? General Q&A recordings can be accessed directly from the HUB.

You can submit your questions for each of the Q&As through the links provided in the HUB menu. Submitted questions will be answered during the live event.

One of the most valuable benefits of this community is our proprietary Practice Routine Builder. A series of steps that teach you how to build your own practice routine and how to establish the habit of following through it daily, regardless of your time constraint.

This content will be deployed as soon as the needs of the founding members have been fully gathered. You can expect the first steps to be released in the second half of June.

While you wait, please dive deep into the question we asked in your welcome email. It went like this:

“Who am I when I see without glasses, when I see clearly at any distance between 3 inches from my face to a 10 km or even miles away? Meaning, if you could describe yourself without any visual limitations, what would you say about yourself?
Start with the words I am …, I can [do] …”

Where to find it? In the HUB menu.

This is the heart of the community, a place to share wins, seek guidance and enjoy the support of fellow students and Overbound coaches.

The Forum will be open 24/7 for constant interaction among the members. Overbound will answer daily during work days, otherwise at our own discretion. The platform of the forum is in the process of being selected and incorporated into the HUB. It will go live sometime in July once founding members’ input has been fully gathered. It will be fully independent of any social media platforms.

While you wait, you do have the option of joining the Boundless Eyesight Community private group on Facebook. It is a temporary place for us to engage in real-time conversation. The group will cease to exist with the launch of the Forum.

Where to find it? You can see latest highlights in the HUB. To engage, click on the FORUM image in the HUB menu. (once the forum launches, of course)

When it is beneficial to call your attention to something specific or unusual inside the HUB, it will be highlighted in this section.

It may bea guest speaker session, an update to the benefits, a launch of a class (some may be available to members only), special product discounts, or anything else that we think you may need to know outside of the usual flow of the monthly events.

General reminders of Q&As, lesson releases, etc. will be provided by the calendar and inside the Forum (FB for the time being).

Where to find it? The news/announcement section is located directly inside the main HUB page, but clicking on the image in the HUB menu will get you there as well.

Rely on the Calendar!

Lesson release dates, Q&A dates and times, as well as other events are posted in the calendar.

Reminders of various events may be sent out to you via email, FB group (for now) or the Forum (later), but always check the calendar! If there is a discrepancy in what is being communicated, you should assume the calendar is correct. With that said, you are always welcome to call out an issue and ask for clarification.

The calendar is also the place where meeting links (such as ZOOM links) will be posted. Look for them inside the event’s information.

Where to find it? The calendar is located directly inside the main HUB page, but clicking on the image in the HUB menu will get you there as well.

The community’s Library of Resources houses various practice charts, meditation recordings and other materials that can be helpful to you outside of the guided lessons.

It is periodically updated to include all the tools needed for the practice of the Technique of the Month lessons available in the HUB. Materials needed for older lessons remain available to members for their convenience.

Where to find it? Access the library by clicking on the corresponding image in the HUB menu.

Well, and then there is the miscellaneous content. Random tips, guest content, articles that may speak to the topic of the month, etc.

We will decide where they go as they come. Not everything can be planned, right?

THE CADENCE

Boundless Eyesight content is published on a monthly basis and released throughout the month. As months go by, each month the members will have access to more and more lessons. That is until month 12. Once the community reaches its first anniversary, each additional monthly content will replace the oldest content published previously. For example, the content of month 13 will replace the content of month 1. Content of month 14 will replace the content of month 2, and so on. That way, members will always have access to 12 lessons/12 months of content and the content will remain fresh and catered to the needs of the evolving community. The replays of the Focused Q&As will be available together with the monthly content.

Some replays, such as the General Q&As or the founding members’ meetings will only remain available for one month.
