CONVERGE, CONVERGE, CONVERGE AGAIN
Dr. Ray Gottllieb is an icon in the current field of natural vision improvement, someone we hold high respect and admiration for. His vision teaching goes way beyond the issues of errors of refraction and beyond the Bates Method.
In this bonus section we would like to give you a gem that he has created for the many students facing presbyopia. Since he never named the chart, it is simply known as the Dr. Gottlieb’s chart. If you are facing aging eyesight, practice this technique A LOT! If you simply want to make sure that it never affects your vision, take advantage of this practice every once in a while.
This technique is also known to be helpful for many students with hyperopia.

Tips & Watch outs:
It is critical that you go through this practice with ease.
If looking at the chart causes you strain, headache, pain or other discomfort, begin the practice by looking at a blank white sheet of paper from various distances. Trombone the blank white paper in and out of your field of clarity until you can tolerate looking up close.
Begin using this chart only when you can look up close without strain!
